Air India Express — money deduction without seat confirmation on air india charters flight 09/july/2020

As i mentioned in subject, i'm trying to book ticket on 9th july 2020 on air india express special charter flight dated 22/july/2020. After providing all the necessary payment details, error shows like booking not confirmed. But from account the money was deducted for ticket.

I hope air india team will resolve this hopefully.
