[Resolved]  Air India Express — Money refund for late

Dear Sir/Madam
My name is kunjimeeravu few months before I booked ticket in Air India express (Muscat to kochi and return) but unfortunately due to covid 19 I canceled my booking( 2nd May 2020). But still I didn't get my ticket refund. I called my times on customer care executive they quir my reason and they canceled my call too. I am a Indian working in Oman. Please consider my application and take the very immediate action on the above team.

Yet no one contacted me from air India Express side and didn't get my refund money also. Please solve my complaint immediately. Please take necessary action to them

Dear sir my flight was cancelled by the airline September 15 but i did not get refund money yet. Please solve my problem. My flight pnr no is XZQJYQ
