(PNR): JXKNP Web reference AIBE 12091084 Ticket No 098-[protected]Dear Madam, Regret to state that unfortunately I made a grave mistake by appreciating your quick response of apology.I had sent you an email on 16th June regarding the fault on behalf of Air India . Waited for your reply but no response .Again I had sent you a second reminder on the 23th of June and waited patiently but still till today no response. .Your apology will not erase the unnecessary expenses caused due to the inefficency of your staffs negligence. Please take action In the light of the above matter, I trust you will understand and realise that I am at no fault. Hence I kindly request you to take immediate steps to look into the matter and solve this once and for all.Trusting that you will be successful in helping me out by sending me the compensation.Waiting anxiously for your positive and successful results with warm wishes, Kishore Ramchandani p
