Air India Express — Non refund on account of cancellation/resehedule

I have booked 9 ( NIne ) tickets ( all are Senior Citizens) from Chennai to Bhubaneswar thro' Makemy Trip on 9th November, 2024 by Air India Express - Flight No.IX 2639.
Subsequently I received a message from Air India Express on 22nd November, 2024 about the cancellation of the flight and they have rescheduled the flight to Flight No.IX 2801 and gave an option for full refund, if cancelled the tickets.
2. On 24th November, 2024 i.e. two days after the message received from Air India Express, I cancelled two tickets which was booked for VENKATRAMAN NATESAN & REVATHI VENKATRAMAN and received a refund of Rs.1313/- only.
3. I request you to kindly arrange to refund the balance amount after adjusting Rs.1313/- at the earliest.
