My dad needed wheel chair assistance during the travel, and
he was given the service by a person at New Delhi Airport as he got off the
Plane at New Delhi Airport.
As this man was taking my dad towards immigration counter,
he told my dad to wait halfway through and left my dad by himself.
This man disappeared and didn’t returned for more than 45
minutes, my dad who can barely walk and specially tired after a long 12 hours
flight from Sydney had to seek help from people passing though.
Luckily some ground staff saw that and arranged for help and
finally my dad got through all this mess.
Please advise me what actions you are taking against this
person who let my dad half way through. I heard a lot about bad service of Air
India and have experienced it too. I need to know full details of this man too.
Is this the way you treat elderly people, I am
sure lot other people should know about this through electronic and social
