I travelled with my family (2A+2C) from COK to SLL via TRV on 1st of Jan.'15. The check-in counter staff (traffic assistant) was not at all behaving good ! She treated us very badly ! I spoke to the airport (IX) manager about this matter but seems there was no use.
Flight # IX 403 COK-TRV scheduled dep. at 09:25 on 01.01.2015, but there was delay almost 2 and half hours ! No body was there in the desk to attend our queries. No proper announcement about the delay ! No food or snacks were served at airport and even in the aircraft ! We reached TRV at 12:20 noon till that time. At least they should have provided some snacks at TRV airport !
The same aircraft was used till SLL. However, we all on-boarded passengers to SLL were asked to get out of the aircraft with our hand baggage's with infants/children and simply there was an another screening of our hand baggage's and changes of tag ! Is this formalities really required since the scheduled departures is already delay ??
From TRV to SLL flight # IX 543, they served JUNK food ! The menu was some veg briyani with veg curry ! It was already spoiled ! All o[censored]s vomited especially myself was vomited once get out of the aircraft at destination!
As a Indian, it's my wish to travel with India's national carrier! But with this inexperienced staff and the facilities provided us was unforgettable. We really need to rethink about our future travel with this poor serviced airline! I also strongly recommend to my friends and readers of this news, please do not even try to travel this airline anymore!
