Subject : Refund of Cancelled Ticket # FUQLWV II had booked a return ticket with Air India Express for me to travel on October 12.10.2013 from Abu Dhabi to Kozhikode -India) and return on 25.10.2013, However, due to some unexpected problem with my company, I couldn't travel, so, I cancelled the ticket during September 3rd week 2013 . I had send many requests ( more than 10 times) to the Air India Customer support ( [protected]@airindia.in), but, always I getting the below message" ( but not refund) quote : Thank you for choosing to fly with Air India Express, Please note we have forwarded your email to the concern authority to investigate your case and take appropriate action.We are sorry for the inconvenience. A sum of Rs. 3744.20 was deducted from my account while unsuccessfully trying to book today a ticket from Chennai to Mumbai for the date 13.05.2014 through the Air India Express web portal. I did not receive any confirmation number for the booking. I have sent refund request to air india express about half a dozen times since may but have not received the refund till now. I was told that the matter has been referred to their finance department for investigation but no reply has been received from them even after repeated attempts.
