I called air india express customer care to reschedule my flight ticket, stayed on the ivr for 45 mins and call got dropped, finally after several failed attempts the call was connected to an agent who sent me a payment link for an amount of inr 351, the link did not work and i was unable to reach your customer care, i then rescheduled my flight online and was charged a penalty of inr 1100, i then called your customer care at 6am thinking the call volume would be less, the call was connected to an agent by the name of khalid who said penalty waivers can be provided only if the ticket is rescheduled through the call center, your ivr and your fb post only states that ai offers penalty waivers and does not state it had to be done through the call center only, upon requesting for a supervisor several times, i was told that in a place like air india there are no supervisors available and the place is being operated by agents only. Finally khalid disconnected the call. I have sent emails to customer care but unfortunately there is no response, air india reads the msgs on fb msngr but does not respond to customer queries. Most pathetic airline with the worst customer service.

If flights have been suspended air india express should provide a refund.
