1. I am Shashank Shekhar Rath presently serving in Indian Air Force.
2. I had booked an online ticket for my journey of 11 Jan 2015 from Chennai to Delhi on 10 Jan 2015 at 0915 Hrs. I had paid an amoumt of Rs 9880 using online Bank Transfer option through State Bank of India. The ref No for transaction is BSBI[protected]IGOOKUHKI1. As per my Bank transaction details this amount has been transferred to account No[protected]. After payment the online ticket was not generated.
3. So I had paid the ticket amount without an air ticket being generated. I spoke to your customer Care department and was suggested by them to write an email to this account to get refund of deducted amount.
4. The mobile No given during the booking was [protected] and email id was [protected]@gmail.com
5. In view of this it is requested that the deducted amount of Rs 9880/- may be refunded.
6. Your response in this matter is awaited.
