Air India Express — repayment request at airport for confirmed e-tickets

I've booked a return trip from dmm to ccj via airindia express website using my credit card. I got confirmed tickets in my email and the amount also deducted from my card. After 3 days i postponed my trip to a week after the initial date. I paid extra for that using my debit card. After reaching airport for my outbound travel from dmm, the check in staff informed me that my ticket is not showing in their system. They asked me to wait for almost an hour and then informed that he tried to reach the hq but no one is available. He also told me rudely that if i want to travel today, i have to pay the full one way ticket amount of 901 sar again. After several minutes of argument i was forced to pay the extra money to travel in that flight. They gave a receipt of the same.
I've tried to reach air india express customer care and they simply instructed to send an email to customer care with all details. After several emails to customer care and their nodal officer, they responded that they are investigating the same. I'm still waiting (More than 4 weeks) for an answer and the refund of my money
