Air India Express — Very Bad Customer Service

This is to bring to your notice to all travelers out there to think real hard (not twice, but even more than that) before booking a ticket with Air India Express. I've booked an International Ticket & then my plans got just changed for some reason. From then on, I've been trying to postpone the ticket to a different date. I've been trying the website in which there is an option to "Modify" the date, but whenever I try to change it does not come out satisfactory. I then tried calling the customer care & to my surprise I understood that being such an Old/Reputed flight, IT'S NOT 24 Hour SERVICE. If a passenger needs any kind of assistance, he needs to wait once the sun rises & still wait again once the clock strikes 9am. With this kind of service provided how can a passenger be secured till the last moment. There are many number that I've tried but none, not even one did answer to my call.
