Dear Sir/Madam,
I have travelled Air india express on the 6th of April, 2014, from Pune to Dubai, I was charged an extra amount for my luggage, which is acceptable, though the ground staff were extremely rude, unprofessional in the way they dealt with the situation . It's a shame that this is a national carrier ! There is absolutely no professionalism, no standard, no work ethic, . Mr Arvind in particular a ground staff member led the team and was rude and unprofessional !Ground staff not only require some tough training, , also manners!
After the whole experience on ground, the safety and security in flight came as a shock, there were no infant seatbelts used for babies, what would happen in case of turbulence, does Air india really care about the safety of their passengers?????
Nothing onboard is upto standard, the food is mediiocre ! Air india needs to do better, this has been farmost the worst experience with rude, substandard staff !
Feedback is great for improvement/change ! Hope there's some passionate person reading these mails, about so many unhappy customers, who'll hopefully bring about that change, india is looking for, waiting to be proud of this nation !!!
