I can not open my google page from last 4days. Even i call on customer care but they cut my call as they said just transfering the call to gprs desk. First time i face this kind of problem please help me out. mainly i using net for work purpose due this reason my work is hamper. I will try many way to connect google page from my handset but no resolution. i will be highly obliged if you kindly check this matter & take necessary action.

    Iam amit from alwar city, on 19 april i was recharge of 26 for aircel to aircel 10p/sec call rate.But my call rate is now 25p/sec, they cut my 10 rupees balance for irrelevant service.I was call them but they not resolve my prblm and now they block my number, they not answering my call.They said that my problem will resolve in 2 hours but after that, they not answering my call, and not resolve my problem.My mobile number is [protected]

      Respected Sir / Madam, My prepaid Aircel no. is [protected], Registered on my name ( Abhinav Kumar ) Problem I am facing is that I bought a new aircel sim from a store two days ago.i tried to register my no. by calling 59059, the call wasn't clear at all but i gave them all the details possible. Now the situation is that, I don't receive any calls or i cant even call. Message I hear when I call some one is " you are barred because you have no service ".
      Please Help Me as soon as possible!

        I had sought for mnp and i had sent the 'port' message on 06th april 2016. I got a response that the message format is not right. I called up the customer care and inquired on the format and sent the 'port' message again. I was asked to wait for 24 hours. Then as i did not receive any message from them i called up he customer care and inquired about the situation. I was told that they are experiencing server problems so i had to call back later. Then i called them 4 days later. They took a complaint and told me that their team will call me back in 24 hours. I did not receive any call from them and i called the customer care. Again they courted the same server problem and said they will not call back at anytime and only the customer has to call them. The lady in the customer care was so unresponsive and naive. I went to the aircel center near my place, but i got the same response that there is server problem. Later after one week i called them up and they took a complaint and gave me a docket number on 19th april 2016 and was informed that their team will call me in 24 hours. In the sms though, it was mentioned that their team would call me on 21st april 2016. Till now i am not being attended and i'm totally unhappy with the service. My documentation process with the other network service provider is done but it is pending for this upc. I request some action for this

          Whenever i browse internet, lots of ads will pop-up which i don't mind or click anything. And whenever an aircel ad is shown, it will ask to click for subscription activation. Even if don't click the vas gets automatically activated. It sends me sms saying thank you for subscription and you have been charged rs. 35 for this like that. I have lost around rs.176 for activating 3 of these annoying incidents. I want my money back. I am an aircel customer for last 12 years and you should be more careful towards these annoying deductions and automatic activations. Else a lot of true and old customers like me are going to port to some other operator. Number [protected] circle karnataka. My recent deductions are on 1) 17th april, 2016; rs.35.0 for activating social book 75; 2) 21st april, 2016 rs. 35.0 for activating namkeen; 3) 24th october, 2015 rs. 99.0 for activating games club.

          For me also, aircel deduct like that many times.
          The customer care are very very worst, they don't know anything.
          Very worst network.. I am using it for 10 years.. But now i fed up and going to change to some other network..

              Hi, This is Anitha, I've Subscribed for the net pack Last Friday. The balance Of Rupees 44 Has been deducted but I haven't got my Data Balance yet.. I've also tried to connect with the customer care help line for three to four days.. They said there are some Network problems and stuffs... They told me to switch off my phone and on it once again. I tried doing everything but still didn't get it. it's been a week.. I still didn't get my net balance.. I want my balance to be refunded now..!!

                My name is shailendra and no is [protected].i am using aircel for almost 4 years.Today early in the morning when i woke up i saw a message in which they mentioned ur 25 rs is deducted for a service(juicy weekly ) activated on your no.
                I instantly unscribed that service by messaging STOP after that tried to talk customer care who are not responding my call.
                This is shameful wiggle of aircel.

                  My no. is [protected] and from last few days I'm messed up by Aircel service. Daily deduction of balance without any reason, from march till the date 350-400 rs have been deducted, no refund have been iniated even after having words with them, after that no answer to my calls by customer service. They aren't answering my call. I was speaking with customer care person and he kept my call on hold.I think it will be really good if you teach proper etiquettes . the list is too long.

                    ‎Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I am Vignesh. P‎, using Aircel postpaid network(mobile number-[protected]) almost for 2 years. Am working in a company near Kondampatty village, Kinathukadavu, Coimbatore and due to tower issues I switched from Airtel network to Aircel.

                    I forwarded the below contents to appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in. Initially Mr. Mouli responded for this and later on didn't reply for 10 days.

                    Am facing a serious issue for past 8 months and am not satisfied with the service provided by your people/company. Following are the issues listed which I faced during these days and are not solved yet.

                    Am using Internet and it's common‎ that third parties ads and service charges will be debited even if we click the link unknowingly. But I believe Aircel is providing an option to block VAS. Initially, 8 months back when I contacted customer care for this issue, they explained me that I have been charged under VAS and I can block these kinds of ads in future by blocking VAS. So I approached nearby aircel store and requested to block this. But an officer who doesn't know anything about this said that there were no such options. So I came back and reconfirmed with customer care and again approached the store. Again the same officer said no and I contacted customer care from there and asked the man in store to hear him. Later he guided me to another person in store and I explained my situation. He just copied my name and number and promised me it will be sorted within 24 hours. But next month again I had the same issue and approached the store. Again he sent me back saying the issue was solved, but didn't. Later on fighting with a superior in stores, on Dec 26th VAS has been blocked and I received the confirmation from your side. But past three months even after the confirmation I was forced to pay some 80s or hundred every month.

                    Filed numerous complaints in nodal office and each time after hearing my compliant everyone trying to escape the situation by saying network problem or call tomorrow morning. Two times I heard the word network problem from your side. Only on March 7th ‎an officer from nodal office said my complaint was filed and will get back to me within 24 hours. Last Thursday when I called back an officer said that money cannot be refunded and he didn't give proper reason for this and said that I was charged for auto renewal for past plans. But I wasn't charged for any auto renewals, instead new packs for every month. After checking my account he asked to file a complaint through mail when I insisted him.

                    It's little bit frustrating ‎with the service and quite annoying too. My office hour is 8am to 6pm and I took permissions to reach aircel store all the way from Kinathukadavu to Centre of the city. Despite all this still I didn't get a proper reason/reply from your side. People from your side gave assurance that in future I won't be charged for any VAS. I believed so and I started using Internet. If they would have told me that I will be charged for VAS, then I would've decided to shift to other network or some other plans. Please clear my doubts so as to why I should pay those money if I believe the fault is from your side.

                    Looking for a SOLUTION and PROPER RESPONSE as early as possible.

                    I have clearly explained my issues to the people in Aircel store, customer care and nodal office and they said we'll help you by barring this VAS through WAP mode.

                    They said that I can use Internet without getting fear of been charged for VAS on 26.12.2015. With these words I started using Internet.


                    Attached is the mail conversation between appellate authority and me for the same. When I raised this complaint through your appellate authority, he said VAS services through WAP been barred on 09.04.2016.

                    If so then why did people from nodal closed my case as resolved and gave clearance for my complaint on 26.12.2016. If not I wouldn't have activated 3G Internet pack.

                    How many times will you close the case by saying my compliant is resolved for the same issue?

                    Because of false information I was forced to pay some hundreds for past 3 months. I strictly require refund for the VAS services I paid during the month of Jan, Feb and March, 2016.

                    Kindly look again for the issue raised and do the needful.

                      My no is [protected] and i am bhupesh jangid .Today at 7.45am i have recharged the 12 rupees internet pack that gives me 100 mb 3g data. I got the message of activate the pack. But they not gives me 100 mb data and after this my 80 rupees balance is also deducted.
                      From last month they deduct my 200 rupees balance
                      After this they are not responding my call.
                      I want my balance that is deducted and further i don't want to any this inconvenience.

Mobile bill pay 16/4/2016 and till date not updated.No body proper answer and bed behavior with me. Bed word and not resolved my problem.
                          Very very bed company aircel and very bed network and people work this company.

                              Hi this is my number [protected], i am using aircel from past 5 years, converted to postpaid 1 year back. Today i received a bill information which says my outstanding bill is 11642.00, my credit balance is 1500 and just three days back i checked my balance which was 264 on[protected], now suddenly they gave me a bill of 11642.00rs with a shock and again they changed the amount 11653.034...This is huge fraud from aircel! How can they charge that much when my credit limit is 1500...There must be some fault in your billing system or your cheating the customers...
                              Look into my bill matter, i may have to move consumer court if not...

                              hi there, today i received my bill copy which says GPRS bill is 11371.91rs, which is shock to me...i have been complaining to aircel regarding bad network in our area, no signals, no net connectivity from past 8 months...but never tried to resolve network issue...i am using 2G network..so there is no chance o[censored]sing that much internet in mobile..even if want to use, there is very bad net connectivity issue in our area...so how can i get charged...there must be some mistake in billing or you must cheating me...when i have credit limit of 1500rs..i cant use more than that...THERE MUST BE SOME MISTAKE HAPPENDS..TRY TO RESOLVE IT OR ELSE i may have to move the matter to consumer court

                                I have recharged my aircel no [protected] for data pack of rs.9 myself through ussd menu on 19.04.2016. Now today i.E, 20.04.2016 they have autorenewed that pack without any further information. I called them earlier today for the refund because i haven't used even a single mb and i dont want to renew. He told me that they are not gonna refund any money its my fault and repeatedly saying that you should check the plan before recharging, now when i asked that where had i checked that and why did they not gave me a msg regarding my autorenewal a day before? You wont believe he just hanged up the call. This is not gonna do. Please help me.

                                    Yesterday (19th April) @ 11:55 am, a message was received from AIRCEL about being subscribed to MUSIC CONNECT service @ Rs. 30 per month..whwn i checked, a sum of 30 rupee was already deducted from my main account balance..much to the surprise, i haven't dialled any no. or send any code to activate any of your service..when i contacted 121, the lady executive responded in most unruly manner. Without listening to my problem, she ended up with "Thanks for calling aircel". Then i contacted 198 and i was told that the server is busy..Till then i am trying to connect a no. of times only to listen that your executives is busy somewhere else..
