Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Vignesh. P, using Aircel postpaid network(mobile number-[protected]) almost for 2 years. Am working in a company near Kondampatty village, Kinathukadavu, Coimbatore and due to tower issues I switched from Airtel network to Aircel.
I forwarded the below contents to appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in. Initially Mr. Mouli responded for this and later on didn't reply for 10 days.
Am facing a serious issue for past 8 months and am not satisfied with the service provided by your people/company. Following are the issues listed which I faced during these days and are not solved yet.
Am using Internet and it's common that third parties ads and service charges will be debited even if we click the link unknowingly. But I believe Aircel is providing an option to block VAS. Initially, 8 months back when I contacted customer care for this issue, they explained me that I have been charged under VAS and I can block these kinds of ads in future by blocking VAS. So I approached nearby aircel store and requested to block this. But an officer who doesn't know anything about this said that there were no such options. So I came back and reconfirmed with customer care and again approached the store. Again the same officer said no and I contacted customer care from there and asked the man in store to hear him. Later he guided me to another person in store and I explained my situation. He just copied my name and number and promised me it will be sorted within 24 hours. But next month again I had the same issue and approached the store. Again he sent me back saying the issue was solved, but didn't. Later on fighting with a superior in stores, on Dec 26th VAS has been blocked and I received the confirmation from your side. But past three months even after the confirmation I was forced to pay some 80s or hundred every month.
Filed numerous complaints in nodal office and each time after hearing my compliant everyone trying to escape the situation by saying network problem or call tomorrow morning. Two times I heard the word network problem from your side. Only on March 7th an officer from nodal office said my complaint was filed and will get back to me within 24 hours. Last Thursday when I called back an officer said that money cannot be refunded and he didn't give proper reason for this and said that I was charged for auto renewal for past plans. But I wasn't charged for any auto renewals, instead new packs for every month. After checking my account he asked to file a complaint through mail when I insisted him.
It's little bit frustrating with the service and quite annoying too. My office hour is 8am to 6pm and I took permissions to reach aircel store all the way from Kinathukadavu to Centre of the city. Despite all this still I didn't get a proper reason/reply from your side. People from your side gave assurance that in future I won't be charged for any VAS. I believed so and I started using Internet. If they would have told me that I will be charged for VAS, then I would've decided to shift to other network or some other plans. Please clear my doubts so as to why I should pay those money if I believe the fault is from your side.
Looking for a SOLUTION and PROPER RESPONSE as early as possible.
