I had called customers care for reducing my call rates they said ok sir we will solve this issue and giving u best call rates but then also my call rates were as usual no changes then i had word with Customer care for 3 more time then also same problem. Now Finally i had planned for porting then they are saying u can port we will not allow whats this!!! Very bad behavior form your your side.

    I bought aircel sim nearly 1 week ago my sim got started but they are not verifying my they said to call to 59059 to verify but when I call there they repeatedly say our customer executive s are busy I am trying to verify my number for more than three days only one time they answered call and disconnected it. when I call them from another number they are saying that you can you can easily verify on no.59059 other companies call itself to verify the connection I am very disappointed by aircel pathetic service.

        On 26th April @ 7.38pm a SMS has been sent to my no [protected] stating that an amount of rupees 25 has been deducted from my balance against my request( their fraudulent claim). See their SMS sent to me. It is not fair. What Aircel is such a cheap company?????

            Dear sir namaskar my mobile no.is [protected] in month of Feb. I disconnecte my net pack with is 98 rs.per month 2g .this pack going to finish on 26 Feb in mid night .on 26th noon I ask my balance they show me 360. And know that when my net close and I stopped net usages. Next day I ask my bill they show me 1690 I shocked and continue to calling customer care.they said you have used net on 25th and 27th is not true.i reguesting to them but they did not listening to me .and block my phone since that they are sending me bill .with net pack and 149 rental charge every month now they reached 2200 without using anything.my credit limit is 750 and they increase himself 2000 .ten times I did it mails and one written complaint to the athourity. But no one take any action no one talking to me just they are trying to increase my bill any how .is not bed thing I request to you please stopped everything and give a chance to continue this .please give your kindness.i can't pay this money.

              I just recharged my net pack for rs.198 for 1 gb . To my knowledge 1gb means 1024mb...but my account just had 750 mb...this is absolutely dissappointing .                 I had activated a caller tune on my number 2days back but there was some voice recording which aircel use to play before the caller tune started hence i called there customer care and asked them to removed the voice recording but that stupid customer agent deactivate my caller tune . Since then I am trying to reach there number but not able to connect them . It just says that we are experiencing heavy traffic and the call gets disconnected . This is happening from last 2days . Today when I tried calling from my brothers number the call got connected but the customer agent just heard our complaint and disconnected the call .that means they block numbers from reaching customer care . I am just pissed off by this response and want a solution to my complaint ASAP .

                  Hi Aircel

                  I have port my reliance[protected] from to Aircel postpaid SIM and was paying the bills for all promptly. After some month, bill amount kept on increasing when I checked with it, I was paying for ETC. which I was not using. I contacted customer care and proved them that I am not using any extra paid services . they gave me revised bill for that month. I paid it. again the next month same thing face as amount was added to my bill. Called customer care. I explained everything that has happened last month and asked them to register a complaint. It was done and deadline was given. Before the deadline itself aircell ppl started calling me and asked for paying bill. I explained everyone that a complaint is raised and I was waiting for revised bill. Until last, revised bill didn't come and I paid bill with late payment charges. And again continuously three months I paid with extra charges or any paid services with frustration to call the WORST AIRCEL CUSTOMER CARE.
                  I was fed up and planned to port to Vodafone. Only after settling all the bills normally a network allows to port. BUT some customer care ppl provide some amount is like waiver. And i pay all amount of bill. Secondly i don't use my no. In roaming, but bill is making with roaming charges, or really i am not using that time aircel no. I received bill from AIRCEL as well as for the same month. And I argued with some ppl in the customer care. Yet I am receiving that case is going to be filed against this non-payment. Why should I pay my hard earned money to a horrible and ridiculous nw like this. I may not be getting justice. But I want to let ppl know how much I suffered because of this network. Or some ppl call me . We are calling frompatiyala house court or delhi police station, we received a complaint anvelof about your name or father name, then i m scared and pay total amount . After these process Every thing is okay. Or i contact customer care center to block or disconnect my [protected], bcoz i m not interested with your services
                  They are saying sorry sir we are providing you a some amount of waiver . Then m using continuos . But again above complaints or call barred system apply . Then i am very irritate or call care ppl they are saying that, we are proving a some amount off, when they are saying these word m asking that when you are sending a off(waiver) Text msg and i received it so i pay the bill. But no any text massage received form us . So i don't pay the bill amount . After some days some ppl call me same thing that we are calling from patiyala house or police station or using abusing language .
                  I am very Disappointed or irritate . I am going after no one help provide by aircel care then i raised a complaint of consumer court . I have many word or experience is about aircel services .
                  1. Waiver amount always provide by aircel care min. 400
                  2. Secondly they are saying sir plz your bill is Rs 821/- something but we are providing 321 waiver something . But any text msg or call not receive by us .
                  3. Some people called they are police men or patiyala house, or really i am very scary feel .
                  My other no. Is [protected] plz arrange a call immediately

                    On march 21st 2016 u replied to my complaint c1249820 that i'll be latching to reliance n/w if i goto kochi. So i took sim from palakkad and i cant latch to any n/w here including reliance. I had already told that i'm planning to take sim frm palakkad and whether i could able to use services at kochi.
                    Customer care told not latching possible in kerala.
                    Check whether the details u provide to customers is true.
                    Due to ur wrong and false information that sim rendered useless and rs.75 also gone for frc.

                      [protected] and [protected] with special rate cutter of 33 rs this scheme have all mobile calls 1.2p/s valid for 28 days.but got the scheme of 3 days unlimited aircel to aircel calls.I had talk with aircel gallery person he told me that this scheme is discontinued from this month and local recharge shop did not update with changer in recharge chart told by local shop owner.
                      due to that i lost 66Rs.

                        Hi my prepaid no. is [protected]. Fraudulent Aircel is cheating its customers. They say that they will provide unlimited 3g PI for one day at Rs9 at FUP 100mb. They only provide 50mb limited data instead. Another big problem is auto renewal. They renew PI9 pack everyday as if they are paying for it. In internet they say USSD to stop auto renewal of pi 9 is *121*902#. That code doesnot work at all. Please help me get rid of this unnecessary balance reduction by Aircel.

This is the second kind of product activated this week.                               One service is activated automatically on my number and they deducted 60 rupees suddenly. I called them 4 to 5 times to deactivate this service and they told me that your service will deactivate within 24 hours but No one did . 3 days same thing happened I called them and they told me same thing.

                              Which is very low grade service that I felt. It's a Customer care Service where No one care for customer. Then why people will use Aircel if People are not getting any help then why to use it.

                              I hope they will provide a good customer service in future.

                                Sir this is premchand. My Aircel mobile no is [protected]. My balance was deducting by activating some services through aircel. I registered a complaint to aircel for my balance deduction issue. I am calling them from 4days. They say that your balance will be return with in 1hr. But upto now not at all received. Today i called in the morning time they said that it will be added in 1hr. From the morning the customer care is not at all responding. When i call through my neighbour aircels number they are saying that to call from my number only. Is this the way what aircel was doing with the customers. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

                                    What a pathetic customer service i never had a bad experience like this ever before with your services i will talk about my concern later first i would like to tell you something about your customer service
                                    I dont understand what type of people sitting there on your helpline they don't even know how to talk with customer.Second my concern is regarding for [protected], my father is using this number from more than 2 years yesterday
                                    I recharged this number with 100 rupees and after that with 70 rupees total 170 rupees and after some time suddenly balance got deducted first i called on 121 and a girl picked the called and i choosed the language english on ivr wen i start talking she did not understand a single word on mine after i said can u talk to me in english she does't say any thing and after few second she disconnected the call and said "technical problem k karan hum apki sahayta nahi kar sakte ap 4 ghante k bad call kijiye" again i called on 198 and again a girl picked the call this time i speak in hindi i asked "k apke system me koi problem chal rahi hai kya" she said no sir after that i told him about my concern
                                    She said a service got actiated on your number by dialing ussd code *121*98# and 98 rupees got deducted for this i told him that no one dialed this ussd number my father never used any servise from aircel and even never dialed 121 he used to dialed *125# always to check the balance i asked him to refund this amount she said it cant be refund i said i want to talk with your senior she said ok and put my call n hold and after some time
                                    She said that every senior is busy no one can talk to you same this happen again when i insist her but i did not get any revert after that i said i will comlaint regarding this she said ok do whatever you want and cut the call,
                                    Now tell me if these guys can not talk to me in english why you providing language select option on ivr. In my family there are 4 members are using aircel number i am going to close all these numbers today itself please take action against them

                                        Dear aircel team,

                                        I am a user of your prepaid number from last few years, but this time i am not happy with the service.I got recharge a ftt of 40rs. On my aircel no-([protected]) on 21/04/2016, but i dont know why i got only about 32 rs. And still i din not get my balance amount yet.I complained it on your tollfree no-198 on 22/04/2016 and spoke to (Mr.Abhishek) and they gave me assurance that my problem will be solve within 24hrs.The complaint no is 1-[protected].
                                        Kindly look into the matter and try to resolve it asap.
