Internet service not provide proply-

We are facing some web pages are working some pager not working. Regarding this we give a complaint to Airtel . They sent a person and check the server and other lines then they say the problem is in our server it will solver in one or two hours. but it won't happen. past 10 days we make sever followup it own't solved and they closed the complaint without our knowledge. now a days airtel services are very poor and the action is very slow...

Poor network at my office location

I have ported my no. from Vodafone to Airtel in Nov 2016, after porting i am facing network problem during call. I had raised complaint no. of times on 198 and even the network team visited, they also said that this area has network issues and raised this issue to higher authorities, but no solution yet .
I am paying bill every month but it is useless for me as i am just wasting my money, if i refuse to pay they barred my outgoing...

On March 2nd 2017 I tried adding Rs. 605 in My Airtel app with Transaction Id[protected], the transaction failed but the money was deducted from my bank account. The amount deducted is still not reflected in my account.

Providing wrong information about internet plans intensionally

I have received call from Airtel Customer care about new internet plan. In that i have to pay only Rs.100 for 1.5gb 3g/4g data instead of Rs.225 for 2gb 3g data. Now i received bill having both plans activated though i have said to cancel 225 Rs plan. Total plan activated is of Rs. 325. I have confirmed it 3 time on call though i m cheated by Airtel. I am Pratap chakraborty from Kolkata(Tangra). Am provide more than Rs..200000 sales per month for airtel. But some reasons I will leave airtel retailership. The reasons is 1) I've more than 200 pco connection in kolkata.But the unfortunate think is any pco recharge are not available in kolkata. Disconnection of service and delay in re activation of service.
