Downgrade Corporate Myplan before connection starts

Hi i just opt for Airtel Myplan Rs599 rental and connection is not started yet (Just address verification done). I want to use Rs399 plan with monthly booster so that i can utilize my money in a better manner but the visitor who offered the plan says plan cannot be downgraded.
