i am not getting details of postpaid mobile bills for last 4 months.the co. has assured me that you will get details on net . but the site does not open. Kindly resolve if you can....

I have paid my bill in regularly in my office but due to pending of other persons bill company closed the outgoing in my mobile no [protected].since 1/7/08 . one surprise thing who was not paid bill in our office his mobile working properly and now yesterday my other no [protected] also out going closed. when I call to 121 they told me contect to mr.ghanchi which is the head cleark in our office.i contect to much more time to that persone he...

I'm having 3 postpaid connections of Bharti Airtel. I have been facing problems with [protected] regarding to outgoing calls even the payment had been done. Why this is happening with Airtel customers? Does Airtel want to lose their customers?

I have done all the payments by cheques. I have checked all transactions by netbanking and all the cheques had been cleared.

Please restore all the services to [protected]...

we have taken 5 Airtel numbers in a group, the main issue is when we dial these numbers from a bsnl line the message comes as these numbers does not exist (but works fine when called from any service provider), i had raised complaint with Airtel they said the problem is rectified but not.
the most annoying part is they want me to call from each number and log a different complaint...
the customer service and attitude of some...

i am an aitel user havin a prepaid connection by the number [protected].

which was taken up barely a month ago.yesterdaynight i recieved a message from an airtel number 53211 statin that a caller tune has been activated on my number under an yearly plan and i have been charged 15 rs/- for it.wherein i didnot activate any caller tune on my number. on callin up the customer care office the caller tune was deactivated but my balance...

This is in reference to the plan change from Advance Rental 998 to 999 plan for my Airtel No:- [protected]. I would also like to inofor you about the 'THIRD CLASS CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE OF AIRTEL' which is completely useless. After Trying for hour's you get to get in touch with your customer service executives & then they put the call on mute & disconnect the call /Else place it on Hold. IF you can see in your records...

My phone is lost/stolen, please block my SIM [protected] ASAP.

Airtel customer care is extremly poor, no option of talking to customer care operator, only automated message with no provision of blocking SIM immediately. Who should be held responsible if any misuse happens as a result of customers not able to immediately and efficiently able to get their lost SIM blocked....

I am Rahul Chauhan, i works in IBM at Manyata Embassy at Bangalore.My postpaid airtel connection-[protected], is disconnected/suspended from service without any prior information.the reason which is told to me is that i have changed my address.My address given in Airtel form is
29/30, 3rd cross, MK Rangaswamy layout,
Lalji layout, Lakkasandra, Bangalore-560030.

5 days earlier i have shifted to my permanent accomodation...

I have tried to refill my Airtel Mobile using ICICI online prepaid Recharge on 07/10/2008 and havent recieved any Recharge yet.

I have just now purchased new connection of Airtel and i am not getting Airtel network in my office. This is just not my problem but there are 2 more of my colleges having air tel card and they also don't get range or network.
my office address is Infoscape Technologies. Exim 406, SV Road. Vile Parle(W) Near Domino's Pizza. As we spend a lot of our time in form of office hours, we face problem...

I do not know how Yahoo!Zone service was subscribed. It may be by mistake while trying airtel's internet service. After that they renewed the service automatically last month with intimation. I sent a SMS to stop it but in vain. The message came from 58243. Yesterday, again I received the following message:

My native is srivilliputhur. I went to chennai for official purpose and I was in chennai for 1 month. i got my Airtel prepaid connection last month in chennai and submitted required documents.
I am in roaming(Haryana) now. I was not able to make calls using my number. I called customer care. They replied that the temporary address is not matching with the address given in document. If this is a problem they should inform...

I didnt get validity as well as talktime after successful recharge of Rs.46 for 3 month validity & Rs.40 talktime as i was get such message on my mobile
