I did a recharge on my moms num [protected] for unlimited talktime pack which cost rs 719 and after discount it is 705 on 28th january and after sometime I got a text message that the recharge has been failed and if the money has been debited then it will be refunded in next 4 -5 working days. so next day I recharged same pack for 705 assuming the previous recharge was not successful. yesterday when i saw my credit card statement. there were 2 charges on Rs 705 . I contcted Airtel customer asking for refund for previous recharge for which they denied. I asked them to make me talk with their manager, for which they said that their manager name FARHAD will be contacting me in next 4 hrs. I didnt recieved any callback from any Airtel manager till yet. This is completely misleading information to customers by texting the customers that recharge has been failed and charging them twice. As per consumer protection act 1986 any misleading information provided by company should be penalised upto 10lkhs.

    Anyone who calls my phone are getting a busy tone even if my mobile is not in any call. Worst is I am not even getting a message that there is someone trying to call me.

      I have been a customer of airtel for a long time and have held on to my number for long. I normally reside in Chennai and have travelled to Madurai, Where I've been notified that roaming charges would apply when Airtel says it would render sevices across India without any additional charge . I feel that I'm being deprived of what Airtel assures people and I am highly disappointed. I would like Airtel to get back to me as soon as possible.The customer care number is basically useless with an automated message that doesn't provide any valuable information.

          I recharged my jio no through my Airtel app,
          Money was debited from my account but recharge was not reflected transaction id[protected] . It has been more than 2 days neither tha recharge has reflected nor my money is credited back .

            I have been using AIRTEL number for a very long time. I recently moved to the US with an airtel roaming facility. However, the SIM stopped working and I am unable to access any of my linked accounts. I have been in touch with AIRTEL but they are unable to help.
            All my IDs and Bank documents rely on this number and I am almost helpless in accessing any of them right now which is frustrating.
            Please provide me with an option.
            I am desperate to activate the number. I am unable to access my GPAY, bank or national IDs.

            How come AIRTEL is making me so helpless?
            I have been a loyal customer for a very long time. This is very disappointing and especially when you are overseas.

            I have been writing to them and contacting via email ([protected]@in.airtel.com; Content.[protected]@airtel.com), WhatsApp (AIRTEL CARES) and over phone. Everywhere i get no response.

              Hello. I am Yajan Joshi and my airtel cell phone number is +91(xxxxxxxx00). I am running it on a One Plus 7T. Since the past one day my phone is displaying the following sim card error of which I am also attaching a picture. It reads "Invalid card. - Emergency calls only". I am currently in the United Kingdom pursuing my masters and won't be back until next year. But I really need either my sim to start functioning or a new sim with the same Indian numbe as that number is linked to various bank account and is used for 2 factor authentication purposes and i receive all of my various login otps on it. I urgently need a solution for this. Can my family in India get a duplicate airtel sim with the same number so atleast it is activated and all the otps and sms's come through? I have tried everything from reinserting my sim card into my phone and other ios and android devices to rebooting my phone into safe mode etc.. nothing is making the sim card work. I urgenly need a solution to this. Please help me. I have also tried making the complaint through twitter and the my airtel thanks app.

                  I took connection of airtel, dth and broadband, for dth connection the security deposit of 1500 was paid. i was told that if I have active connection for 12 months then this money will be refunded. but after completing around 12 months of connection I submitted my set top box in good connection but not they are telling since you were in airtel black your active connection and they are not refunding the amount.

                    By mistakely I transferred my prepaid sim to postpaid so i want to transfer this return to prepaid, so i called to airtel customer care so they tell me this is unable to transfer in 90days, but i want to transfer, i am using this card since 1month and i am ready to pay the bill of 1 month but they are telling to wait for 90days, bill will rises after 90days, but i dont want postpaid services

                            On 31st October 2022, my father Mr Asok Chanda subscribed to Airtel’s broadband connection and paid in CASH INR 1180 to one of your representatives Mr Arindam. The netbanking system was down hence cash transaction was carried out.
                            The Airtel connection has not yet been installed due to technical issues of Airtel.
                            Airtel promised a full refund to my father.
                            Till date not a penny has been paid to my father. Not only this, after many follow up emails to Airtel - [protected]@in.airtel.com, I have been told that Airtel has refunded the amount to my father’s bank account.
                            This is surprising and misleading as from the beginning I have clearly mentioned that Airtel does not have my father’s bank account.
                            Please investigate and refund the full amount to my father in CASH

                            What is going on here. No one has responded to this complaint, my father has not even received the amount paid to Airtel. Yet no action has been taken by Airtel so far.

                              My line was left inactive for about 2to3 months, but I subscribed data on it today, after 1st subscription expired I subscribed for another moments later I noticed while trying to check my account balance it kept on showing Your Account ha temporarily been suspended how do I sunsupend it cause I'm not even allowed to call a customer care line on it

                                      I have given a network complaint around 3 year back, without notice Airtel team is resolved the ticket and in Complaint history also they removed everything, this is not a one time everytime, about 1.5 year back also given and its closed without notice and 1 month back also called for complaint and raised and asked the previous complaint but they said as last time, there is no complaint on your number, this is the first time, and I am paying Bill on time but service is not, I am totally frustrated, I have email proof and call Recording proof with me.

                                      Please check and do the needful for the same.
