I took airtel xstream connection in 27 december 2022 at house no. 1991, partap colony, kharkhoda, Sonipat. Charged 200 extra in the name of KYC verification

I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel... and the airtel executive charged me 200 extra in the name of KYC verification... and when i asked to show the proof where it is given that the charge for KYC is 200... he/she was not responding.....

Refund has not been processed

Hi there!

This is to inform that I processed a mobile recharge of Rs.719/- on 10.11.2012. But due to some technical error from Airtel side it was not processed and got failed.

As per notification message from airtel that refund was to be processed with 7 to 10 days. But it has been more than one month since this incident happened and no action has been taken yet.

Money making new method by Airtel by disconnecting service

They have asked to provide the documents on 21st December 2022 and same has been activated with in 24 hours.
again they have disconnected the service and asking to buy new sim also not paying back my 1 year plan money.
just to eat customer money they planning new new technique.
they are harassing me from last 1 week and i have fall in to big loss and now need to change every where that no as its my registered mobile no.br...

Refund not given for prepaid number

I have a airtel phone number for which I made recharge of Rs. 3359 for a year. The recharge was made on 8th December 2022. The sim got deactivated on 16th December 2022.

Required a reason for sudden documentation submission

I have received an text stating your service will be stopped from so and so date and mentioned documents to be submitted in the Airtel store.
1. In the store no one can able to tell what is the reason to block out going call also why suddenly requested for document submission.
2. Either customer care support can help me with the reason.
i havent asked for new sim or reported any issue since why all of sudden asking for...

Rude behavior by branch manager and worst service by Airtel

Every year one or other will happen and we should leave all work and roam to Airtel office.
i have recharged 1 year plan since no respect for me and the branch manager speak with Gutka and say do what ever you want. write e mail to anyone call anyone.
look at the audacity ? for what that much just because i am a women and i cannot do anything ?
ask your employees to keep their men ego with them and sending simple text...
