I ordered samsung galaxy s9 via airtel website, which has an ongoing offer for the customers. I ordered it on 01 april 2018 and made down payment of 9900 inr. The handset was supposed to get delivered to me on 07 april 2018. The delivery guy arrived however, while he was doing my kyc his airtel app via which he does the process showed "internal error"' when he input my sim number. airtel fraud - superstore service activated without consent and balance deducted

My name is nitin jain & my airtel mobile number is +91-[protected]
Airtel have charge me rs 50 on 10 april 2016 at 06:00 am for superstore service.
After talk with customer care they told me the service is active by internet & they can't t refund my money as its more than 24hr of service activation so i am not eligible for refund.
I have not used my mobile for any purpose from 1am to 6am, also my mobile internet was not...

data stealing

I have 1gb per day plan, i always keep my phone on airplane mode at night so that my data should remain in the morning, but even this, when i chech my data in the morning, it shows 40 of data is used.
I am tracking it from last 10 days.
Also when sometimes i don't use data all day & start downloading at night 10 pm, it doesn't show tower, if shown, doesn't shows receiving speed.
Airtel is stealing customers data, as customers...

sim upgrade - activation pending for 4 days

My postpaid number is pending for activation for 4 days now after a sim upgrade. Called customer care 10+ times. Visited airtel retail stores 4 time in total. Issue has not been resolved still.

Rs 25 deducted from my airtel mobile number [protected] when i was sleeping even i didn't touch the phone when call customers service they told me some kind of valu added service has been activated on my mobile.. activation of lifestyle service without my consent

Today i received a sms from airtel stating that lifestyle service has been activated on my mobile and money was deducted from talktime. This was done without my consent. I. E. Without my request or my acceptance. This is not expected from a international company like airtel. Taking a talktime without consent or without acceptance is like a pocketmar.
I want my deducted talktime to be returned at earliest....

billing dispute on technical issue internet charge

Connection [protected] is postpaid connection. As per policy this should get surplus data forwarded to next cycle. I have 100gb of surplus data. Still i have been wrongly charged 500 rs. Hi had raise this complaint regards the prabhadevi branch

There is no customer enteracation

7 staffs available in branch

No one attending all 7 are laugghing at the customer here customer comes after getting a huge issue with the operator but no one her to take ownership

All are just talking about themselves only no responsibility in the branch...

Calls disconnecting automatically from past 10 days, 5 times contacted customer care but there is no resolution. Even Team Leader also not resolved the issue. vas activation without customers consent

Oflate i have been receiving sms about vas activation without my consent.

That too these are weekly vas. On 10th april 1pm, i received a sms about vas activation while the phone was in sleep mode.

Fortunately i was there to notice the sms popping all of a sudden.

no outgoing call allowed even after having validity of the plan twice recharged rs 199 and rs 349

I have made prepaid recharge as on 22.3.2018 @199 and suddenly 2-5 days before my outgoing call stopped. I have called 121 customer care and was told that you have lost your minimum balance amount.
