airtel duplicate sim is not activating

After inserting the sim, when the signal came i dialled a number and call was not going. So i removed the sim from phone and thought to use it later when it get activated. But then only i came to knew that once the sim is inserted, it should not be taken until it gets activated. I inserted the sim 2nd time and waited long. I dialled 59059 for the activation but the call was not connecting. What should i do to get my sim activated??...

non functional of airtel mob no9805063940

Airtel stores manager was asked to migrate said no from pre to post paid service, which was done but service stoped on 29 nov 2017, due to defective sim, sim was replaced but service did not restore. Again was asked to replace the sim which was done, still no service.
I have been requesting and visiting airtel office at hamirpur 177001 but in pain,
I am told at some level my profile has been fiddled with by airtel office and...

airtel unable to recharge online after porting

I recently changed my number from airtel prepaid to postpaid. Before 3 years ago, this sim was already ported with telungana to chennai sim.
Since the day it got activated, i am unable to recharge online through paytm or my airtel app. The transaction gets declined in both the cases without any reason.. I tried recharging other airtel numbers and they all worked fine. I would like to request you to kindly look upon this issue and fix...

starting the data pack plan by deducting from main balance

I wanted to start a data pack which is given as best offer for you by airtel by deducting the required pack amount from my main balance.in the airtel app i am having an option to pay the charge through main balance however when i tried to proceed further by select in that option i am getting an error message as recharge un successful due to technical error please try again. When i repeated the same procedure again it gave me the same error...

complain for service activation

My self savitri, iam the long user of airtel prepaid connection,

Few days back airtel has statred vedio, game centre etc on my airtel number withoout my permission and deducted my money, i have deactivateed the services through sms and call but again my money deducted.

If you will dedudcut my money even stopping services or activate service without confirmation from customer i will file the report in consumer...

airtel payment bank account debited but not credited anywhere

This is really frustrating, that i am continuously following up for my 304 rs, which i have forwarded from my airtel payment bank [protected] to vodafone [protected]. But not reached anywhere nor to vodafone or not to any of of my account where that number is linked. And your guys like dumb coping and pasting same response from day 1 i complained.

Please help me to understand what is the destination where it reached.

ported out of voda but no service

I have a cug card i opted out of voda and ported out its been 10 days and i can not have any service on my airtel sim card. As a student this has been the worst professional service ever and i strictly am not going to let this go through without attention of legal authorities. It's been over 10 days. I used to get calls from airtel everyday to port but ever since porting not once have they tried to help. What kind of professionalism is this?...

money deducted online from my bank account but not recharged

I have recharged my phone from bank app on 13 december 2017
. I always do the same kind of recharges.
Never been in such situation.
Amount deducted rs 500 from bank but airtel did not recharge my phone balance. Now i have 5 rs as a talk time.
I am at loss of 500 rs. Without any reason. I can not call my bank for this cause no balance in phone. What should i do.
Where is my money gone?? Do any one have any...

Im from lalbag village more than 2000 users using airtel network in our locality and facing a huge call drop problem since last 30 days. Also facing problem of very poor call quality and internet speed. More than 100 complain registered on airtel customer care on this issue but no one listen to us about this problem. poor connection, voice cracking & almost no internet connection

I have a poor connection from airtel. I had raised a complaint to airtel but till now there has been no improvement. On the contrary the problem has aggravated and i have been informed that my cell phone is unreachable at times. This is impacting my work. I have complained many times but problem still persisting, instead of solving my issues, advised to send a sms at 515 for internet connectivity problem, no improvement till today....

My sim card stopped working automatically on dec 13th morning around 10am. I got a new simcard around 8pm from airtel gallery in mulund, mumbai. They said that it would be activated within 4 hours. But this didn't get activated even by morning of dec 14th. So i visited the same airtel gallery again at 10.30 am. They said that request was approved but not updated on server. unable to send sms to 1900 for porting out

I have a poor connection from airtel. I had raised a complaint to airtel but till now there has been no improvement.

One the contrary the problem has aggravated and i have been informed that my cell phone is unreachable at times. This is impacting my work.

I was advised to send a porting message to 1900.

But i am unable to send sms to 1900, for porting out my sim from airtel to another service...

disconnection of service for last 3 months

I am on international roaming since 3rd september. On 25th of september i stopped receiving any signal on my aitel sim, till today i am not receiving any signal. I have complained lot of times to airtel, they are not able to resolve my issue, but at the same time, they are sending me monthly bill.

I requested them to waive my bill for the period which my sim was inactive, but they are not responding and they are not activating...

asking to pay the bill of my postpaid even though i'm not using it for months

My airtel postpaid number is not being used from last 4 months. Still, am receiving the bill statements.
