[Resolved]  Ajio — Account blocked

Address: A3 Judges Awas, Chajju bagh

Yesterday i.e. on 26th May 2022 I had received few items from ajio. Immediately I informed to the customer care that one item is missing. They taken the complaint. After sometime I'm not able to login to my account. I become suspicious. Contacted customer care many times. Still they didn't resolved. Next day I.e. today my account was blocked. However I had received my missing product.

On account of size issue I had to return the items received but they are not doing this since I'm not able to do so from my side. My 13k+amount is stucked there. I never had had such issues in past. Neither I received any call or information regarding this. Never faced such things.

When I searched on Google I got to know about such instances of account blocking. This is highly unethical and unacceptable. When your allowing return then customer will obviously return. In case of more return you can inform customer or impose some other things by way of penalty but straight way your blocking the account. And worst part is that our money and credit get with you. This is pure theft. How could you this ? Never thought how mentally disturbed one can be by your act.
I literally cried before customer care and requested to return the product and give back my money. Atleast they can do this much.
Don't open account no issue but Atleast give back our money.

Kindly help me out in getting this resolved

The company never called me.they never warned me or informed me that due to lot of return my account could be blocked. There is nothing of this kind from their end. Never . Also whatever return they are saying is just due to size issue. Nothing else. From few months only I'm using ajio. Such incident of complete account block has never happened to me. Now when this has happened and can't be opened the product they are not returning and items keep on delivering. I don't want to drag things. I'm highly disturbed literally feeling worst can't explain since the amount is heavy. My most humble request that don't open account no issue but atleast accept my return and issue my refund. It's very unfortunate that big brand like Ajio started something really bad which against ethics of customer care. They blocked my account.

I would strongly condemn this type termination of account without any prior intimation of such event. You could have adopt a better system like Myntra who raises the delivery charges if returns get increased rather allowing a pathetic automated system to terminate the customer account.

I know that the person who reading this mail doesn't have any authority to change but if possible raise this to leadership team.

I'm feeling very bad can't explain since the amount is valuable for me. My most humble request that don't open account no issue but atleast accept my return and issue my refund.

What is the resolution received here?
The same thing has happened with me, wherein after raising a complaint i have been informed that the account is blocked due to returns. An account which is not even used in the last 8 months. Their customer service does not have proper information to share, and are always sharing such robotic copy pasted messages. They should levy delivery charge like myntra or maybe lay it out clearly on their website that we offer returns but if you do we will block you.

Bcz this is just to scam the users.

The customer service rep mentioned that this is mentioned in the T&C, when asked for details, he wasnt able to share the clause with me and kept telling me that this will be shared via email. Its been more than an hr, nothing has come in.
I purchased two product from ajio and after delivery or that two product i have size issue so i have to rehurn that both but when i visit the return section all detils are not appear on my screen and the return option is also blocked on my phone i try to reach so many times to customer care but i dinot get amy response or in my ajio wallet there is 4 k rs in my wallet i put so many complain to transfer that momey to many bank account but after these all things ajio block my account not i loose my 5500 rs

I am also experiencing this. Same issue and didnt get any update from AJIO. Worst Experience ever.

How were you able to resolve this?
The same thing has happened to me. This is the worse. Did you receive any resolution?
Hey same thing happened to me, my account is blocked and they refunded my money in form a coupon which I didn’t even ask for
