Ajio — Account blocked, previous order item not returnable

I want to raise a complaint against AJIO i have bought like 20-30k of shopping with them but i don't know why they blocked my account like this..what to do of items already ordered, if they want to block do it and don't let me order but allowing orders and not allowing return / exchange is wrong. I am not allowed to return the product which is not of my size.
