I had initiated an exchange request on Ajio on March 18, 2022 (Exchange ID EX[protected]) and was assured that the exchange would take place by March 25, 2022.
The status on the app on March 24, 2022 stated that the order was delayed. However, on March 29, 2022 they cancelled the exchange due to "unavoidable circumstances". The cancellation email stated that they would initiate a refund for the product, which they assured would reflect in my account by April 7, 2022.
I had written to Ajio regarding the same on April 4, 2022, and in response I was told that the return period may have lapsed.
If AJIO is going to take 11 day to process an exchange request only to cancel it later, how do they expect the customer to raise a return request within the stipulated time?
So now I have a product that is of no use to me, I cannot return it, and I have not been issued a refund.
