I am writing this post regarding the ajio Order ID# FN[protected].
I received the product on 14th April, 2022. The size was bigger and I have created an exchange order ID# EX[protected]. The exchange order was tried to be delivered to me by the delivery partner but he was not able to scan my old product and the product was not delivered. I intimated the same to the ajio customer care and they created a return order from their end. The return request was cancelled automatically after sometime without any confirmation. Again I called the customer care and they created another return request and it also got cancelled.
I was trying to return the product from the past 15 days and now the return window is closed.
I again reached out the customer care team and mailed the backend team explaining the issue, they are saying that the return window is closed and cannot take the product.
AJIO is failed to pick the product from the me even though multiple return requests created within the return window period, and now they say that return window time elapsed. What type of business is this ?.
