Ajio — Amount gor debited but order not placed

I wanted to buy a shoes from ajio and upon filling all the details, I finished doing ky payment worth rs. 1271 from mobikwik and payment was succesful i.e. my amount was debited from account but its not showing in mynorders placed
Kindly help and refund my amount asap
