Ajio — Auto cancelling return requests

Hi,

Recently I went on a shopping spree return to office and placed few items. Out of them I have received one item which is a size mismatch and one a poor quality item. I have tried to create return for both of them, but they keep getting auto cancelled with message `Hi ****! We're glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FL[protected]/FL[protected]. Do continue to shop with us.". This is not just once, it happened a total of 4 times for both the orders. I talked to customer care and they keep saying that it's a technical issue and asked to created a separate orders. But it just keeps happening.

It feels like they are deliberately cancelling returns in the name of technical gliches.
