AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had ordered united colors of Benetton, croc black sling bag.

The amount was debited from my account. But I didn't receive any order confirmation nor its showing in my order. I wrote to customer care 2 days back but no answer yet

    I had placed an order on 9/09/2021 on 2:45pm and money 2726.16 rs deducted from my account but didn't get any confirmation for it.i multiple times tried to connect with ajio customer care but death ended.i wrote 5-6 times mail but they didn't respond even though.kindly give quick response and want money refund or order confirmation

      Item Missing from the Package

      On 3rd Sept, 2021 I had placed an order from the Ajio app. 1 product among other items was a pair of night suit (Lounge T-shirt + Pants). I received the package on 8th September however it only contained the T-shirt (pants were missing). I then checked the invoice which came attached with the package and it mentioned both the t-shirt and the pants. After sometime I got an email that both the items are delivered.       I made payment for the product using my paytm wallet, which went through i got the mail also for the payment from Paytm. But the Ajio app is not showing my order placed nor does it show any fail transaction, where the hell my money went??

            I had ordered for 4 women's kurtas on 27 Aug 2021 which were black, red, mustard, turq blue in colour, and I selected 'Medium size' for all those kurtas (Order #FL[protected]). Screenshot regarding this is enclosed for your reference.

            On 2nd September 2021, I received these orders, but I noticed that they were not correctly packed - all 4 kurtas were rolled together without a cover, and all the tags were not attached, all 4 tags were stapled together and except the black kurta, all other 3 kurtas were of different sizes : Red color kurta - 'S' size, Mustard color kurta - 'S' size, Turq blue color - 'XS' size. I did not expect kind of mistake from your side. Kurta photos are enclosed for your reference.

            And even the tax invoice of the order was not there with the orders.

            So, on 2nd September 2021, I clicked on exchange the order ( these 3 kurtas except black) in order to get 'Medium' size kurtas. Exchange order - #EX[protected].
            But, already twice the delivery executives have come to exchange the order, but they say the tags are not matching and they reject the exchange order. One of them said me to complain to the customer care and told that the customer care will do some QC report, after that we will give you the exchange order.

            So I request to look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
            But, I did not expect this kind of treatment from your side..

                    I have ordered 6 or 7 items yesterday. I have done the payment by UPI (phonepay) and payment was sucessfull.
                    But I didnt receive any sms confirmation for order placed.
                    Order is also not showing in My orders section.
                    Please look into this.
                    Otherwise I will have to file a complain against it. Bcoz I have seen a lot of customer's have this issue only and till now there problem is not being resolved. Soo kindly give my refund back or my order should be placed.

                            I am unable to log in the app and see the order history for me to be able to use the app. Registered number [protected]

                            My details are not showing including my saved cards and loyalty points.

                            I need to place returns as well as new orders which I am not able to at all.

                            The OTP basis is just not working as well as attached for your reference.

                            Ajio has suspended my account without any prior intimation. I was unable to log in since 40 days of telling them the issue.

                            I have not received a single call from customer since I have told the team about the issue as well.

                            I want to take legal action against them since this kind of harrasment and forced purchase is definitely unacceptable.

                            I am absolutely disturbed with their behaviour. They aren't allowing me to operate my account so that I can't put my orders for return and I can't even track the orders that haven't been delivered. My money is stuck worth almost upward of 12000.

                            Need immediate attention on this.

                              I had ordered bangles expensive ones from ajio .The delivery person cam before the date of delivery asked me the otp and then said ur product is not there I dint get order from ajio ..Its ajio at fault.When I called customer care they gave me a date saying product will be delivered or u will receive a refund by 10th Sept 2021, but now status is only showing sorry and this will not happen again.Ajio did not give any refund to me and they did not deliver product also

                                I placed an order on September 8 2021, and made payment via phone pe app. My payment was successful and I even received an email confirming successful payment. However my order is not placed even after amount debited from my account. I want refund of my money. And there is no response from the customer care toll free number after multiple calls.

                                  I ordered a denim from ajio. It wasn’t well fitted so I returned it but I didn’t get my refund from ajio. I emailed them but it didn’t work.! It’s been more than 24hrs still no refund! Previously they refunded my money real quickly. But this time they didn’t. I don’t know what to do now.

                                      Placed an order on 3th September 2021 in ajio app, the payment was shown as unsuccessful after the amount was debited from my account. I thought that it would be refunded after 48 hrs. But it has not refunded. I tried many times to customer care service but it is impossible to reach out them. I dropped so many mails but it is not responding. I want my money back as soon as possible.
