Ajio — Complaint about refund not issued

It’s been a month after returning the products my refund has not yet issued now I don’t even have money nor products, and when ever I call Customer care they don’t respond properly and my complaints (tickets) are getting closed without my consent/solution. It’s a mental harassment for me now. Keep on calling every time and not getting proper response.
I am very disappointed.

I am expecting the team will resolve this issue on priority without any further delay.
