I had placed a return on this order for a mavi topin December 2021.
Order ID : FL[protected]
The top was different from what I had ordered.
1. The style was totally different
2. The size was a huge one
3. Product was damaged
When I placed the return request, the app asked for a photograph, which I uploaded, and the return was picked up with the barcode and no image.
It was picked up around the last week of December.
When I checked later, it said the refund will be processed on 3rd January because this was a different return case. After 20 plus emails and numerous calls to the call center, today I was sent back the product saying it's a non Ajio Product.
After talking to the call center executive for over 1 HOUR, She gave me a resolution to write an email.
The product with the mavi Brand is a cheap Chinese product.
The brand tag is stitched on it.
Ajio should check with the Quality team on the return Prior to this, to understand who committed this shameless FRAUD, instead of penalising me when I placed a return with an image within minutes of receiving the product.
The product value is about 1300 Rs, and they are refusing to refund.
