On 6th February we ordered a gold coin from Ajio and paid using our citibank credit card. The order id for the same is FL[protected]. The same was delivered on 19th. The product did not come in a Reliance jewellery box but was packed in a transparent packet and was taped from the back side. Due to taping of the back part of the certicard a considerable amount of glue has been left on the back side of the certicard in which the coin is factory packed. If anything is used to clean it off it might cause the certicard to loose its color or even open the same as the certicard is very thin. There is no plastic film on the back side of the certicard which would have been removed in case of any issues, also the back side has many scratches. We contacted Ajio's customer support immediately after delivery of the product and shared with them the photos and unboxing videos PFA. They registered the complaint vide complain number COM[protected] but now they are not replying at all. Why did the packing person tape the certicard? And why did he not sent it in a Reliance jewellery box? The size of the video is very big so it took us a very long time to upload it and it has been uploaded on Google Drive as files this big cannot be attached in an email. As this is a gift for someone so gifting someone a coin which has glue on its back seems very weird. Ajio team is most welcome to visit our place anytime and check the coin and the certicard but they are not even replying. Most humbly request you to help us here as we have paid our hard earned money for this order.
