Ajio — I am complaining about not getting refund in my bank account

I ordered shoes from ajio, and having not any satisfaction with products I decided to return .After return against return ID#RT58210700, MY money got in ajio wallet cash, and on ajio app it shows "transfer to bank" button, filing all procedure to transfer regarding bank account details and after that it shows successful, but Myself got no money in my account and no money got deducted or transferred form ajio wallet. I had tried so many times but the result is same . After that I had suggested from customer care executive to write email on [protected]@ajio.com, but after writing so many emails I am still getting messages to resolve the problem (Complaint id-COM[protected]) and after two weeks I got no money no transfers in my Account.

Please help me getting my valuable hard earned money.
