I ordered a dress on Ajio whose delivery was delayed. I bought it specifically for one event, and it got delivered much after the event, despite the app initially saying it will be delivered earlier. I purchased something else directly from another store for the event and requested ajio to cancel this dress. The app said I should reject the item when it is delivered. The delivery executive from Delhivery refused to leave without giving the parcel and taking the “happiness code”, he persisted at my door for ten minutes. I took the parcel and scheduled a return. It was to be picked up by 29th of April, that didn’t happen, no executive was assigned. I wrote an email to Ajio on 3rd of May saying no one picked the item up. They said they will resolve the issue by 10th of May. I didn’t see any progress by 10th so I sent a mail again. They scheduled a return pick up and replied to my mail saying it will be resolved in two days. On 11th May the return was cancelled by themselves without calling/emailing or asking me in any manner. Since then neither have they replied to my emails, the app says “issue resolved” without any progress. The service is pathetic.
