Hello, i have ordered for a jewellery item on ajio and all i got was an empty box. I registered a complaint with ajio on 5th of march and it was informed to me that by 14th of march i would receive a resolution. It's today 17th of march and i haven't received any resolution. I tried to contact the customer care multiple times and they are telling please wait further for 24 hrs and again wait dor 24 hrs... I asked them to tranfer the call to the senior and none of the time the seniors or supervisors were available. Also one ofthe agent created a call back request from the supervisor and the request id was also provided to me and promised me that I'll receive a call in 24 hrs and as expected neither did it happen. I lost my 3000rs and also the trust in reliance and ajio. Attaching the complaint id and the order.
