I have got wrong product from AJio ORDER ID - FL[protected], at the time of receipt packaging was completely damaged & torn, when complained about it to return I was told it is not marked as derived in system it will take 72 hours to mark product delivered in Ajio system, even after waiting for 3 days, I had to struggle a lot to get the product picked up, called 1000 times to customer support team however useless team, no one was bothered to help. It has been 1.5 months now I did not get my refund, Was this information helpful? |
