Ajio — Not able to cancel order

I have ordered products worth 10, 000 rs on 12th july 2020 and none of the products has been dispatched till date. I had called customer care multiple times but they couldnt help. So i tried to cancel the order, but its showing error in ajio website and app while cancelling. I had called customer care for cancelling and they said we are not able to do that, please wait for 2 days, 3 days etc. Was this information helpful? No (31) Yes (95)

The following order is the image is not getting cancelled nor getting shipped & I complained the support 2-3 times no one is ready to help it's been more than 7 days I want to cancel my order

I am facing the same problem... I need to cancel my order... But I can't able to cancel any of them. It says "axis exceptional error", idk what it is!!
