I had placed an order from AJIO on the 6th of September 2021, for which I had paid Rs. 2, 111.12. The order number is FL[protected]. It has been more than a month now and they haven't delivered the order. When I tried to track the order the status kept on showing delivery unsuccessful, whereas in the first place no one ever even attempted to deliver the product or even contact me. This status of delivery unsuccessful kept on displaying for a whole month during which I tried to reach the customer care repeatedly through various methods. I managed to catch hold of a customer care executive and they hold me that the issue would be resolved within the next 48 hrs, this was 2 weeks ago. They also mailed me back to address the complaint and said that there was some logistical issue at their end and that I should expect the refund in the next 7-9 business days. But the issue has not been dealt with.
The order status still shows delivery unsuccessful as of 2nd of October.
Another issue that I have faced is that I can't transfer my money from the AJIO wallet feature to my back account. Once any amount has been deposited in the AJIO wallet the only way I can use it is by sending it on the site which is why s the first place I was forced to place the order. Please help resolve this issue.
Please help me reach out to them and get my money back.
I wish to transfer all of the money in my AJIO wallet to my bank account including the yet to be refunded amount. My money has been stuck on this site forever and they have provided utterly deplorable service till date.
