I am writing in regards to a purchase I made on Sept 28 with
UPI Transaction ID[protected] for a payment of ₹ 1550.
I have been calling the AJIO customer service but they have been acting fishy about my refund. I talked to the customer service for the fourth time today.
Rep Richa Singh is the last one I talked to on Saturday, Oct 16 between 10:25-10:45 am and then she hung up on me. Richa was very unprofessional in her communication. When I asked her to connect to the supervisors, she wanted to touch my feet so I do not complaint against her. Not only did she go blank and silent during the call for a long time and wasted my time, it was rude on her part to act this way with a customer. She was very hesitant in helping out or naming her supervisors. Richa was adamant that the problem was with my bank, not at AJIO's end.
After insistence I received the following names Faizal Khan, Arpit Singh Chabbra, Ashish. Since then I have been calling Ajio, but someone picks up and disconnects the call.
