I have ordered 4 items as part of OrderId #FL[protected] on 07/11/2021. and prepaid Rs 1300 for the same. I got a call from the delivery person(Xpressbees Delivery Partner) on 13/11/2021 and said he cannot deliver the order to my address and asked for my acknowledgement to return the product. And after some time I started getting the notifications on the Ajio app as order items got delivered to the customer. but till now, none of the 4 items delivered to me.
I have been explaining the same issue to multiple individuals from the Ajio customer care team. There are multiple complaints raised against this and closed without giving any solution to the issue. It is taking too much of my energy and time to follow up on this issue. Please either return my money or change the status in Ajio and deliver the products ASAP.
NOTE: Before handover the delivery item to the customer, I request you to send OTP to the customer to share with delivery person. Was this information helpful? |
