This is regarding an order I made on Ajio app on 15 Dec 2021. The order details are as follows:

4 Products:
1. Allen Solly pencil skirt - Rs. 629.65, status - Delivered on 17 Dec 2021
2. Lee Cooper Slim Fit Jeans - Rs. 989, status - DELIVERY DELAYED
3. Team Spirit Track Pants - Rs. 349.30, status - DELIVERY DELAYED
4. Team Spirit mid rise joggers - Rs. 374.85, status - DELIVERY DELAYED
Of the above items only item #1 was delivered and rest three have not been delivered yet!!! It has been almost 2.5 months but the status in app still shows delivery delayed due to transition issue!!
I tried to cancel this order from app and by calling customer care many many times but they didn't cancel the order and asked me to wait for items to get delivered and then return them. This way I raised 4 complaints, ticket IDs are as follows:

COM[protected]
But all these complaints were closed with NO RESOLUTION!!! The order has neither been cancelled yet nor getting delivered!!!
I called their customer care many times & wrote multiple mails and followed up many times but their response is always they create another complaint & close it without any proper resolution!!
My order is still stuck with no update on where it is & no support at all from Ajio's end!!!
I have been extremely frustrated by multiple follow ups & no resolution since 2.5 months!!
Please help me get this order resolved, either Ajio should cancel the order & give my refund else if they can't cancel it then deliver the order asap so I can return it.
