I have ordered 6 kurtas and made a replacement of all the 6 kurtas as the size was not fit as expected. However the pickup attempted successfully on 27/05/2022 where i have received only 5 kurtas among 6. The issue is i have informed the delivery man that in this packages there are only 5 kurtas and the 6th kurta(AVAASA MIX N' MATCH- Woven Straight Kurta) is missing, he assured me that he will inform about this incident in his office and i will receive the replacement product on a later date. On 28/05/2022 another delivery man reached my place and asking me to hand over the product first then only he will deliver the replacement product of that 6th kurta. I immediately made a call to the previous delivery man, he is denying that pickup has been done for the 6th kurta. They are asking me to provide the cancellation OTP which i donot want to go with
Kindly please look after my issue on urgent basis.
Why should i cancel the delivery, i have already handover the old product on 27/05/2022 all the 6 products, untill i get confirmation mail from AJIO that the product got received to them i wont go for cancellation its clear. Was this information helpful? |
