I ordered superdry grey colored sweatshirt from Ajio on 25th March.
I received superdry grey colored sweatshirt, but design and pattern was different. So i return it and was picked up on 5th April and refund was promised till 22nd April. I never got any refund and when i raise a complaint with them, they said the seller said its a non Ajio product and they are keeping a follow up with them. It was funny because i also told them that its a superdry sweatshirt but product is different from what i ordered. I got a call 30th April that te refund will be initiated within 4 working days. When i asked them to send me an email for this, they told that i will get an email only after refund is processed. On 5th May i got a message on Ajio app that they have refused to initiate the refund due to their return policy. Was this information helpful? |
