I recently placed an order on ajio with order I'd FN[protected] for 1gm Laxmi yellow gold mellora coin 22kt on 20th April 2022, payment for Rs 4311.29 was successfully deducted with my card ending 7937 HDFC credit card and along with it i used all my reliance, ajio points and ajio mahacashback in the given order. This order shows confirmed in ajio order section but says cancelled in help section. I tried calling ajio customer care and they said order is successful and also showing cancelled, neither i have received any email or sms regarding order confirmation nor i have received any cancellation of my order with refund initiated from ajio's end. I am not even able to cancel this order as it shows some error. I am attaching all relevant screenshots. Please cancel this order and initiate refund for my card and ajio wallet and mahacashback

Updated by drsundeep009 Even after calling ajio customer care, email them and even mailing there grievance offer, my ajio mahacashback, points and my payment of Rs 4311.29 from my HDFC credit card ending 7937 has not been refunded after 5 working days.
