Ajio — Pickup is not done since 1 month

I purchased many products in ajio sale but due to size differences of different brands I had to return some of them. but after placing the return request the pickup person is not contacting me and mentioning that the product was not ready for pickup (fake attempt was made). then i contacted ajio customer care and asked for explanation and they asked to wait for 2 days, everytime i call them they mention this same statement. Below are the order ids for the products to be returned

these are the return ids generated in ajio app when I placed the return request and the return dates as well as the rescheduled date/dates are provided below

return id : RT49443947 placed on :29th oct

as there was no response so i raised complaints through the app to check if this would help in returning the products but this was also of no use

i would like to ask ajio backend team to generate a return pickup from their end and send me the return-id along with the name of the partner company assigned to pickup the products, this way we will be able to know which company is trying to make fake attempt of pickup. please complete this return issue and refund my money

i have also attached the screenshots of calls made to ajio customer care have a look at the time spent on the call and the number of days i tried to call and resolve the issue but still no solution is being provided.
