Ordered a sports shoes on 15 March 2022 n d order was delivered on 16 March 2022 wd a order Id no. FN[protected] but dey have not marked d product as delivered in thr ajio system .. so dat I can return d product back .. after several calls to customer care dey are just giving dates n only dates but no resolution .. complaint id is COM[protected] given all possible required pictures @Ajio have asked fr thr. Update to mark it as delivered . complaint was lodged on 16 March 2022 itself ..in thr system dey marked d complaint resolved but it’s not yet resolved n product is still showing packed .. pics are attached fr reference ..Ajio is such a bad platform to solve d customer issues.. faced such issue several times but dis time d product amount is too high n product is not fitting well.. pathetic customer care team😡😡
