I had ordered a Caprese sling handbag costing me RS 1748. The product had not been delivered to me yet but I had received message that it was delivered on 28th May 2022 at 7PM. I was at home. No delivery agent had called me or had come to my house. The order is prepaid.
I had complained to Ajio CUSTOMER care today complaint number COM[protected]. But the CUSTOMER agent didn't specify at all as to whether the order will be cancelled and i will be refunded, or the product tracked and will be delivered. .
Also the CUSTOMER care agent couldn't speak any language other than Hindi .
I find it unacceptable that such a big company as Ajio owned by a family who regularly showoff themselves as the richest in India get away with ### CUSTOMER service.
At the very least this company should be prohibited to do business in the non Hindi states untill they invest in a all inclusive CUSTOMER support. Also more important than this is the fact the CUSTOMER care agents don't have a clue on the company policy on wrongly delivered products. It seemed that the showoff company didn't have a policy in place to deal with this.
When I checked their company feedback page, I saw numerous similar complaints of prepaid orders not being delivered. Fake products being delivered etc. Too bad I didn't see it previously. Was this information helpful? |
