Ajio — Product picked up and not refunded for

They have picked up the product worth Rs 7360/- clothing brand gur penia And Bottega Veneta bag worth Rs 75000/- and that's surely a huge amount for me, product has been picked up and now they have come up with a different thing and that is " it's a non ajio product" and not refunding the money which isnt a small amount Rs 75000/- thank God I had a cctv cameras installed so I have the footage to show otherwise else would have had nothing to proof otherwise

We have contacted the customer service which is the worse customer service in the ecommerce business
Have visited so many reliance trends store in gurgaon as well as delhi as there is a huge amount that's stuck with ajio, now I don't have th product as well as the money.
