These people has the most pathetic CUSTOMER service. My return id "#RT57610801. The product was picked up but was not been updated in the app. The Ajio team is saying they didn't picked the product. Then who did. The delivery guy asked me the otp and I also confirmed before giving him the product. Now the Ajio team is saying it's not us
What the hell is going on here? I have waited for the return to be done for more than 20 days and now this. Please help me sort it out.
