This is with regards to order no FN[protected] for Avaasa Mix N' Match Printed Straight Kurta (product[protected] which was returned on 26th March 2022 @ 10.26am to Delhivery person against AWB [protected] & pickup code DLVPC[protected]. AJIO team mentions that they do not have record of this pickup with them. I have been struggling with return of this product from past 15-20 days as there were instances of fake pickup attempts as well. Finally the person came to collect this on 26th March 2022 after which SMS was received highlighting AWB, pickup code and that it was successful. The person did not share any acknowledgement receipt nor did AJIO team mention this fact. I have been writing to grieviance team to AJIO and customer care from 25th March and had several calls with their customer care as well for this issue. Inspite of having all proofs with me, the company is simply creating complaint IDs and not refunding my money. This is a very simple issue of logistics for which customer is being blamed. The delivery person also had two return IDs with him for the same product which is also shared from my side with AJIO team as probable reason of confusion. Still no response form their side and it is very frustrating to buy from AJIO going ahead. Appreciate quick action for refund. Event the website of Delhivery shows product returned to AJIO on 30th March against [protected], and attached screenshots showing the same price and product name as well. SMS screenshots of product successfully collection also attached for reference.
