[Resolved]  Ajio — Refund fraud

I have recently purchased several products from AJIO however due to substandard quality i had to return many of them. the orders were COD and the refund had to come to my bank account. After a few days of return the refund started to show that it has already been transferred to the bank account, however till now I have not recieved any money in my bank. Upon several attempts of contacting their customer care they have vaguely responded. it has compelled me to complain here since I am not able to get any positive response from them. This incident has made me lose trust in their authenticity.
